Seminar schedule

Day 1 — Friday, October 5-th. Time: 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Basics / Movement in any direction / Acrobatics / Blocks and Strikes

Day 2 — Saturday, October 6-th. Time: 12 noon — 6 p.m.
Defense against punches, grabs and chokes / Kicks / Primary targets (knock out, pressure points, nerve attacks)

Day 3 — Sunday, October 7-th. Time: 12 noon — 6 p.m.
Defense against a club, stick etc. / Defense against a knife / Defense against a gun / Use any object as a weapon.
