Tyronn Lue Homecoming Celebration and Fireworks

The celebration will kick off when Mr. Lue’s motorcade arrives in Mexico at 11:00 am. It will be escorted by Mexico Public Safety, Little Dixie Fire District and school busses filled with summer school students from Mexico Public Schools. Along with the Mexico Dixie Gray Band, the fans are invited to wear Cavalier colors (wine and gold) and line the motorcade route from the corner of Boulevard and Clark Street to Garfield Park. This event kicks off a weekend of celebrations with Tyronn Lue, his Annual Fourth of July Fireworks Display will be held at dusk at Tyronn Lue’s Park. This is a free event hosted by Mr. Lue and the public is welcome. A limited number of car window clings and t-shirts $10 commemorating the event will be available for purchase starting Wednesday at the Mexico Area Chamber of Commerce, 100 West Jackson Street. Any proceeds will support the Tyronn Lue Community Day of Service.
