Western Spirit Celebration – A Cowboy Gathering

Children and adults will be immersed in the western culture, art and heritage of the largest migration of cattle in U.S. history. The Western Spirit Celebration explores the substantial contribution of many multi-ethnic groups to the intriguing legends created from the impact of the Chisholm Trail on the economy, culture and nature of the settlement of the West. The annual event draws folks from Oklahoma, Texas & Kansas.

Friday Night – a free concert with the COWS Band (Church of the Western Swing) will be playing at 7:00 p.m. There will be delicious chuck wagon grub.
Saturday begins with a longhorn cattle drive, chuck wagon cook offs, western entertainers, western artisans, western authors, vendors, children’s area and more. Saturday night ends with the COWS Band and a dance.
Sunday morning begins with a chuck wagon breakfast, Cowboy Church followed by more fun events.
