Coralville Lake

Coralville Lake is located in Johnson County near the city of Iowa City, IA..
It has 5,280 surface acres of water. It is known for it's Channel catfishing but also provides anglers with Black crappie, Flathead Catfish, Largemouth Bass, Walleye, and White Bass.

The Coralville Lake Project is comprised of three main campgrounds; Sandy Beach, Sugar Bottom and the Dam Complex. The Dam Complex is made up of five smaller areas near the dam on the lake. The environment is wooded. Coralville Lake is located close to Iowa City/Coralville, which boasts one of the largest shopping malls in Iowa
