Clayton Lake State Park

This restful hideaway offers a place to get away that features 60 campsites, 26 with electric/water hookups, 33 primitive areas, sanitary dump station, picnic tables (5 group picnic shelters), comfort stations with showers, 2 boat ramps (one lighted ramp), a lighted boat dock, a lighted fishing dock, a playground, and a swimming beach. Camp beside the lake or stay in one of the primitive cabins.

The campgrounds are open 24 hours year round except Areas 3-A & 4A, which are closed December through mid-March.

Boating access is available to the 95 acre Clayton Lake , a bass hotspot, but no watersports are allowed.
