Macon and Middle Georgia – come out to the Ocmulgee National Monument from 9 am to 11 am for Charity Benevolent Fund Fitness, Health & Wellness 5K & Helth Fair. Register online, click “Register for 5K.” 5K starts @ 9 am & check in starts @ 8:30 am.

The Medical Center of Central Georgia will be presenting a health fair which includes: The Georgia Heart Center who will do fingerstick Cholesterol and Glucose Screenings. The Wellness Center who will do B.M.I./Body Fat Estimates.
