Carle’s Bratwurst & Market
Carle's Bratwurst are still stuffed and twisted by hand. On special events their Bratwurst Wagon is in their parking lot, selling bratwurst sandwiches. On days that bratwurst are being made, a viewing window allows guests to observe the process and a video of the process is also available at all times.
Carle's is the last of the original bratwurst makers in Bucyrus. Their store provides a fresh meat section, a large variety of items for purchase and they have a full deli each day at noon for eating in or carryout.
