During America’s expansion in the 1800s, three grat routes lead pioneers west – the Santa Fe, Oregon and Califoirnia Trails. All three began in or near Independence, known as the Queen City of the Trails. Relive one of the most captivating sagas in American history at the National Frontier Trails Center.
