Plum Grove Historic Home

Home of Iowa’s first territorial governor, Robert Lucas, and his wife, Friendly. The seven-room Greek Revival house has been restored with pieces representative of the 1844-1853 period when the site was home to the Lucases. Items found during the archaeological excavation of the surrounding grounds are also displayed.
