Fort Garland Band Jam is a fun-filled day of food, music & community featuring toe tapping, dance in your pants music that even Grandma will throw away her crutches to get up and do a jig or two to this year’s musical line-up! Festival includes: Open Air Market, Local Cuisine, Beer Garden, Kid’s Korner, Silent Auction & Prize Drawings during the Festival as well as amazing music. Noon to 9 PM.

The musical venue showcases Classic Rock, R&B, Latin, Pop, Blues and Country music, and primarily features local musicians from the San Luis Valley and southern Colorado. The Open Air Market features area artisans, crafters, businesses, services, informational booths, kiddie games, local cuisine, organizations and more.

The Music Festival is a not-for-profit fund-raising event presented by the Friends of the Arts of Costilla County, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Proceeds are earmarked for numerous community arts-related initiatives and projects, such as a youth art competition and an arts-related grants program. The Fort Garland Band Jam is made possible through the generous support of area businesses, corporate and private sponsors & local volunteers. SORRY – NO PETS ALLOWED.
