Dia De Lost Muertos: Day of the Dead Celebration returns to Downtown Washington on Thursday from 5:30pm-8:30pm! Celebrate with a traditional Mariachi Band, free sugar skull face painting, artisan and local vendors, sending a message to your deceased loved ones in the fire pit and more! Free parking, rain or shine.
