Hometown Halloween returns to Downtown Washington on Tuesday October 31st, 2023, from 4pm-6pm! Bring the family to trick or treat in Downtown Washington Borough in the shops and eateries. Prizes for best costumes (family, child, and pet), DJ playing spooky and fun tunes and check out all the festive pumpkins entered by the businesses for the pumpkin decorating contest! Free parking, rain or shine.
